Community Garden: The planting has begun

After all the work from the local community preparing the ground and raking the top soil into place, yesterday the professionals from 'Capital Gardens' came in and started the planting of trees and shrubbery.

Further planting is to come and soon the stone bench will be added, and the path is yet to be laid, but there is already an added bit of cheerfulness about the area. It certainly lifts the mood when approaching Hornsey Park Rd from the southern side.

Thanks to all those who keep supporting the project. This is really making a difference.Here is a couplemore pictures:
